Nebraska Construction Career Days
Christensen Concrete Products provided material and assistance at the September 27th Nebraska Construction Career Days at Central Community College in Hastings. Employees from Christensen Concrete and Kearney Crete & Block helped students learn about masonry with masons from Masonry Unlimited providing hands on guidance.
Nebraska Construction Career Days (NECCD) are construction career education events for all 7-12 grade high school students. The education events uses hands-on activities with real construction equipment, learning while working side-by-side with professionals and instructors. This event is open to students exploring all career options and is a tremendous opportunity for students to see first hand how exciting and dynamic the construction industry is.
